This diet is what Nick eats to get into tip top shape in order to do things like breaking pull up and burpee world records to competing at the professional level of MMA. This is what he eats to not only get shredded but also feel great so his body can maximize it's full potential. This diet has a focus on fighting cravings all the while burning fat and boosting your metabolism. Each person is different so serving and portion sizes vary per individual. Before starting this diet make sure you get Nick's recommendations when it comes to portion sizes.
1. Coffee or Tea with 1 scoop of Patriot Made Collagen
2. Nick’s Power smoothie
Hand full of kale, 2-3 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, 2 pieces of tumeric, 2 pills of Patriot Made Greens, alkaline water and two pills of Patriot Made Omega Complex.
3. Veggie Egg White omelette
# of eggs varies on the individual. Veggies that can be added are bell peppers, mushrooms, onion, broccoli, spinach, tomato and seasoned with some cayenne pepper or hot sauce. Grease pan with a quick squirt of spray oil. Some are better than others. I use a coconut/avocado spray.
4. Salad or Stir Fry with Chicken Breast, WhiteFish, Turkey or Venison
Salad (can add in lettuce, onion, tomato, bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, kale, lemon or a tbsp. of rice vinegar)
Stir Fry (Coleslaw mix, onion, tomato, bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos, cayenne pepper)
5. 1 Scoop Patriot Made Complete Protein (can add in a serving of berries if you want and turn it into a smoothie)
6. Grilled or Baked Chicken, White Fish, Turkey or Venison with vegetables
Can make into the Stir Fry (Coleslaw mix, onion, tomato, bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos, cayenne pepper)
Can be separate with your protein and vegetables as a side. Vegetables can be anything from the stir fry. Do not have corn or beans. If not making a stir fry it’s typically a grilled protein with steamed or grilled broccoli and cauliflower
Soup or Stew. I will sometimes make it into a soup/stew. Vegetables with either Venison or Chicken is one of my favorites.
7. Nonfat Greek yogurt with Patriot Made Protein(Casein, Complete or ISO) With some berries.

You will want to drink between 1-2 gallons of water a day. I prefer to drink Alkaline water or put some lemon in my water. Buying jugs of alkaline water are always a good idea so you know exactly how much water you are drinking. Alkaline water is also great for coffee. It helps make the acidity of coffee more alkaline. If you don't have access to alkaline water then water with some fresh lemon in it is a great substitute.
